Common Questions
When you photograph a clothing item, Stylist sends the image to an AI vision model that identifies the category (shirt, pants, etc.), dominant color, material, and style attributes. This typically takes 2–5 seconds. Your photos are used only to provide this feature and are not shared with advertisers or used to train AI models.
Recognition works best with clear, well-lit photos of a single item — ideally flat on a surface or hanging against a plain background. Busy scenes with multiple items or poor lighting can reduce accuracy. Try re-photographing the item in better conditions.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also visit our Account Deletion page or email nick@puzzlax.com with a deletion request. We process requests within 14 days.
Yes. We do not sell your data, share your wardrobe photos with advertisers, or use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Stylist is free to download and use on iOS and Android. We may introduce optional features in the future, with clear notice in advance.
